Abstract

Outcomes were all-cause and cardiovascular mortality, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), New York heart association (NYHA) class and 6 minute walk distance (6MWD). Random effect model was used to calculate odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals.
