Abstract

Included studies were published cohort (prospective or retrospective) and randomized trials that reported major cardiac events (MACE), including cardiac death, myocardial infarction, and any revascularization between PCI and OMT in CTO patients. Data from each study was combined using the random-effects, generic inverse variance method of DerSimonian and Laird to calculate risk ratios and 95% confidence intervals.
