Abstract
The eyelids may be affected by a wide spectrum of benign lesions. These include epithelial lesions, adnexal tumors, vascular lesions, and tumors of neural origin. Biopsy and histopathological examination are warranted for any eyelid lesion having concerning features to differentiate benign from malignant tumors and to guide appropriate treatment.
