Abstract
Depending on the protocol used, some or all of the paranasal sinuses may be visible within the imaging field-of-view when CBCT is used for dental purposes. Correct interpretation therefore necessitates a knowledge of paranasal sinus anatomy and an understanding of the clinical significance of anatomical variants and pathologies (see Chap. 10.1007/978-3-319-62061-9₂9).
