Abstract

Anterior segment ischemia is not a common disorder but it can result in serious visual loss. In this condition, there is usually ischemia of the iris and ciliary body but it may involve the cornea and sclera. The blood supply of the anterior segment is discussed at length in Chap. 10.1007/978-3-319-12781-1_6.
