Abstract
Cardiac sarcoidosis continues to be a very challenging diagnosis and can prove to be even more challenging to manage. In this case series, the authors will walk the reader through difficult cases in the management of real-life cases of sarcoidosis with cardiac involvement. Imaging results, catheterization and biopsy results, clinical scenarios, and pitfalls in the care of these patients will be reviewed through case examples with summaries of key points.
