Abstract
This chapter aims to design strategies for public health programs that respect the rights of the participants and collaborate with stakeholders in respectful and meaningful ways. In addition, one will consider if the formative assessment process is fair, impartial, and accurate. Finally, techniques that analyze scientific information related to advancements in health education, theory, and practice are examined.
