Abstract
Primary vaginal cancer (PVC) is a rare disease. Its treatment has been concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy, based mainly on the results of cervix cancer treatment and on series of cases reported. Good outcomes can be achieved with very high rates of local control. This chapter includes the incidence and risk factors, diagnostic investigation, treatment modalities, and description of outcomes for PVC.
