Abstract
Musculoskeletal pain is considered the most common cause of pain in adults in the developed pain and is associated with significant morbidity and loss of productivity. Recent investigations have shed more light into the pathophysiology of musculoskeletal pain which have helped our understanding of the problem better but there are still very few effective management modalities for this.
