Abstract
This final chapter focuses on Reyna’s migration story from rural Guatemala, and her desire to stay in the United States. Like Rosa, featured in the book’s Introduction, and the other refugee men and women featured in the book, Reyna has embraced an American Dream and journeyed to the United States to make a better life for herself and her children. Like many of the men and women featured in the book, Reyna draws on her religious faith to deal with the challenges of being a migrant in America. Despite the many challenges she has faced, Reyna is determined to stay.
