Stability properties of Sign-Sign Adaptive Identifiers are investigated by studying the two and three dimensional cases. The paper highlights the need to restrict the set of admissible inputs, in order to achieve stability. It also demonstates the use of unconventional Lyapunov functions to establish stability.
