Abstract
Skin sparing mastectomy and nipple sparing mastectomy are two very closely related operations in which the majority of the skin envelope is spared in conjunction with immediate reconstruction. This chapter details the indications, preoperative preparation, postoperative care, complications, operative strategy, and operative technique for both operations.
