Abstract
This is ImageJ macro to perform morphometric analysis of contacts between fluorescently labelled lysosome and mitochondria in confocal microscopy image of cells. The macro is modified from ContactJ macro that quantifies lipid droplets and mitochondria contacts created by Gemma Martin (gemmamartin@ub.edu) and Maria Calvo (mariacalvo@ub.edu)and found at https://zenodo.org/records/5810874. Changes made are indicated by “JA”.
