The NNLM All of Us Program Center collaborates with external partners to develop resources that libraries use to engage their communities, particularly those underrepresented in biomedical research (UBR). In alignment with community-based participatory research, we pilot resources with the intended audience to ensure resources are user friendly and relevant. In this presentation, we walk through our methods of pilot testing a toolkit that aims to engage UBR communities in conversations around health. The toolkit provides free digital tools to record, share, and preserve community members’ health and wellness stories and offer engaging programming to elicit dialogue about health, well-being, and the importance of participating in biomedical research.
