Multi Site & Multi Level Evaluation of the NNLM All of Us National Program
American Evaluation Association Conference (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
11/16/2019
Abstract
The National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NNLM) All of Us National Program (AoUNP) is a partnership between NNLM and the All of Us Research Program – an NIH initiative to enroll over a million people in research on precision medicine. AoUNP consists of multiple partner organizations across the U.S., each with its own role and functions within the program. In its second year of implementation, AoUNP continues to evolve and grow in size. The multi-layer and evolving nature of AoUNP requires the formation of an evaluation team with different partner organizations’ members, to monitor program activities, ensure the program promotes cultural humility and community engagement values, and document the extent to which AoUNP meets its outcomes. The presenters will discuss how the different layers of the program interact and intersect with each other to implement evaluation activities and utilize evaluation findings to support program improvement and measure success.
