Neutrino trident production at near detectors

Abstract
In this talk we discuss the potential to measure neutrino trident production at future and current
neutrino experiments. We revisit the full calculation of the process and address recently used
approximations, showing the expected rates at various near detectors. Backgrounds are studied
and shown to have very distinct kinematics to the trident signal
