Abstract

In the paper, fundamental blind identifiability is discussed. We show that for an nth order IIR system to be blindly identifiable, it is necessary and sufficient to sample the output n times faster than the input sampling rate. Then, we discuss what additional information is needed for a lower output sampling rate.
