Abstract
Pulse-shaping protocols are developed for a controlled-rotation gate in an InAs quantum dot with electronic structure calculated using k . p theory. The shaped pulses show a dramatic improvement in fidelity over transform-limited pulses. (C) 2011 Optical Society of America
