Abstract

We report on the highly-efficient generation of pure single photons in the telecom band (1450 nm-1525 nm) employing local-droplet-etched gallium antimonide quantum dots. Our development highlights a novel integrated photonic source of entangled photons that could meet the demands of quantum networks.
