Abstract
The Fox River Mixture (FRM) is a PCB mixture that mimics the complex PCB congener profile in fish from the Fox River, Wisconsin, USA. Humans are exposed to this PCB mixture by consuming fish from the Fox River, thus raising concerns about adverse health effects. Gram quantities of the FRM were prepared by mixing 35% Aroclor 1242, 35% Aroclor 1248, 15% Aroclor 1254, and 15% Aroclor 1260, as described, to study the developmental neurotoxicity of the FRM. This dataset contains the characterization of a batch of lab-prepared FRM with gas chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS-MS) in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.
