Abstract
This data includes raw data files for the article "Alpha-Synuclein Pre-Formed Fibrils Injected into Prefrontal Cortex Primarily Spread to Cortical and Subcortical Structures" (J Parkinsons Dis. 2024. doi: 10.3233/JPD-230129 (link: https://doi.org/10.3233/JPD-230129
The dataset includes a. zip archive with Matlab code (MATLAB_Timing.zip) to evaluate timing data, and a folder containing the raw data for the timing behavior (MedPC.zip). All other behavior, pathology, final timing, and stats are organized in individual Excel sheets with tabs, in DataAlpha-SynucleinWeber2024.zip. All details regarding analysis and collection of data are available in the manuscript. Some Excel files include pivot tables that demonstrate how data was pulled for the manuscript.
