Abstract
This dataset describes the relationship between the airborne polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congener masses and concentrations from room air, surface emissions, and bulk material in the University of Iowa's Institute for Rural and Environmental Health Building (IREH) (Bannavti et. al., In Review). These experiments were designed to understand if emissions from floors and walls in a PCB-era building fully account for the total PCB concentration and congener profiles (distribution) observed in room air. The data resulting from this study can inform future PCB analysis and remediation efforts of contaiminated indoor surfaces.
