Abstract
This dataset from the associated manuscript "Coordination of cell organelles to promote metabolon formation" contains the raw and/or analyzed datasets generated at the University of Iowa. In this dataset are metabolite level and tracing data provided by the Metabolomics Core and Metabolic Phenotyping Core facilities at the University of Iowa, all image analysis from samples generated at the University of Iowa (images provided by S. Zhang and R. Zhou at Penn State University), and immunoblot raw images used in the supporting documentation.
