Abstract

As part of a larger study on neurodevelopmental effects of lower‑chlorinated PCB 11, we quantified PCB 11 and metabolites in postnatal day (P)21 and P35 mouse pup serum exposed orally to PCB 11 via the maternal diet. We used gas chromatography mass spectrometry-tandem mass spectrometry (GC‑MS/MS) to quantify PCB 11 and liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) to screen for additional PCB 11 metabolites. The accompanying dataset contains raw and processed files from the GC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS, including PCB 11 and associated metabolite concentrations, detection limits, recoveries, and chromatogram peak areas.
