Abstract
Text files ‘rbsp-a_plume_list.txt’ and ‘rbsp-b_plume_list.txt’ contain the list of plasmaspheric plume density structures identified in Van Allen Probe A and Van Allen Probes B data, respectively. The files contain the timestamp of the boundary where the spacecraft enter the plume, followed by the timestamp of the boundary where the spacecraft exit the plume.

- Data files contain list of plasmaspheric plume density structures identified in Van Allen Probe A and Van Allen Probes B data, respectively. The files contain the timestamp of the boundary where the spacecraft enter the plume, followed by the timestamp of the boundary where the spacecraft exit the plume. Density enhancements have been manually identified using the plasma density, electric field wave observations between 10 kHz and 400 kHz (HFR), and electric and magnetic wave observations between 2 Hz and 12 kHz (WFR) for each half-orbit. Any density enhancement that exceeds 0.2 Earth radii in either the radial or azimuthal direction is considered to be a plasmaspheric plume in this data.
