Abstract
Data for https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.09.01.555612v5. Code for analysis at https://github.com/lindseysbrown/evidence_accumulation_through_sequences. Data sets include calcium imaging recordings for each session, in dF/F and processed firing rates from spike inference calculations with both a gaussian and half gaussian window function, and trial by trial task data, including the animals' choice and the position of the cues. ACC and DMS data have been newly acquired for this manuscript; this data also includes the full dataset needed for analysis of the HPC data in this manuscript, which was previously analyzed in https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03652-7.
