Abstract
These are GenBank files (.gbk) containing annotated sequences of the plasmids used in Minard et al. (Accepted at Biology Open). The files can be opened with SnapGene Viewer. These plasmids are piggyBac or FRT vectors designed to integrated a gene of interest (GOI), in this case mCherry, into the eHAP or mammalian cell genome. The plasmids also carry a puromycin resistance gene and nuclear BFP reporter. In some plasmids the GOI of was insulated with dual core cHS4 insulators to improve gene expression.
