Abstract
This dataset contains the raw data supporting an investigation reported in the paper "Remote Induction Heating of Metal Implants for Noninvasive Elimination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Biofilm, Augmented by Tobramycin." accepted for publication in the open access journal Microorganisms. The manuscript is included in the dataset, providing context and methods for data generation.
This investigation compares the efficacy of thermal shocks generated by water immersion vs. inductive surface heating for the elimination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms. Synergistic interaction between thermal shock and application of the antibiotic tobramycin is also investigated. The text document "readme.docx" maps the data in the accompanying spreadsheet files.
