Abstract
The tables presented here are appendix tables relating to Chapters 2 and 3 of the graduate thesis by Lucas Pietan. Chapter 2 is a study investigating the genetic modifiers involved with the development of the loss of smell and taste with COVID-19. Variants from whole genome sequencing data are prioritized using machine learning methods. Chapter 3 is a study presenting GenoMLizer, a pipeline tool that encapsulates the analysis from the study in Chapter 1 to be used for similar analyses on similar datasets. GenoMLizer is compared to similar analyses utilized in the field for investigating the genomics associated with common and/or rare phenotypes.

- All methods for the associated analyses and all file formats and descriptions for the tables can be found in the Methods sections of Chapters 2 and 3 in the main document for the dissertation. All files were initially constructed as Excel files and presentation of the data would be best viewed in Excel.
