Split liver sharing in the United States

Abstract
The slow growth of split liver sharing in the United States is partly attributable to the difficulties in sharing between institutions, suggesting that new local sharing agreements may facilitate more split liver sharing. Copyright © Blackwell Munksgaard 2005.
