Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1. To assess 2-year change in clinical, DAT and biological characteristics of the LRRK2 G2019S NMC cohort and compare to age/gender-matched HC 2. To assess whether baseline, clinical, DAT and biological characteristics of the LRRK2 G2019S NMC cohort predict fastest rate of change 3. To assess whether baseline DAT deficit affects clinical progression through sub-group analyses.
