Abstract
Wishing Flower Press & Bindery is a handprinted letterpress design business that was developed over the past year. I utilized my skills and passion for drawing to design and create products for a greeting card line, a blank notebook series, and paper engineered toys. I established my business brand by creating visual themes and narratives for all the products. I networked with other printshop owners and worked as a printer in a letterpress studio. This helped me learn about the inner workings of the letterpress stationery market and where my business fits into it. I also considered budget costs for this business, calculated production cost, profit margins, and future equipment expenses.
