Stones in my forest: an examination of an actor's process

This statement is an in-depth look at my process as an actor. It is essential to state that this paper will forever be in progress. The process of an actor is ever-evolving, and this is an examination of where my work is currently. In this examination, I parse out the techniques that I have developed during the last three years by dissecting what it means to live a creative life. I record the challenges, the successes, and the revelations of my graduate school experience and describe how that work has impacted other aspects of my artistry. In conclusion, I make a declaration on living a creative life and, in all that I do, give honor to the ancestors and community I have gained on this journey.
