Abstract
Delphine Bertholon (1976-) is a writer of novels and screenplays from Lyon, France. Her novel 'Celle qui marche la nuit' or 'The One that Walks at Night' was published in 2019 and is an award- winning young adult thriller told through the diary of 15-year-old boy, Malo. This story explores themes of grief, change and fear. This translation is accompanied by a paratext as well as sample discussion questions for a demonstration of the potential of teaching translated texts into American English Language Arts classrooms.
