Abstract
Confirmatory factor analyses suggested that the Mathematics Anxiety Scale for Children (Chiu & Henry, 1990) measures an internally consistent, unidimensional construct. Construct validity (i.e., correlations with state anxiety, trait anxiety, and quantitative ability, was demonstrated.
