Abstract
The impact of left ventricular hypertension on coronaryflow patterns in adult patients has been well described. in contrast, few reports exist regarding the association of right coronary flow abnormalities with right ventricular-hypertension. The observation of myocardial infarcts, right ventricular hypertension, and abnormal coronary flow pattern—as well as its normalization with relief of right ventricular hypertension—lends support to a causal relation between ventricular hypertension and coronary flow abnormalities.
