Abstract

Key Clinical MessageMembranous interventricular septal (MIVS) aneurysm is a rare often asymptomatic, accidentally discovered congenital anomaly, which might be complicated with right ventricular obstruction, rupture, thromboembolism, and conduction abnormalities.
