Abstract
We report two cases of bacteremia with Actinobaculum schaalii, a rarely reported, anaerobic, Grampositive bacterium. The first case was a patient with renal cancer who developed pyelonephritis after cryoablation, and the second was a patient who developed sepsis after a urogenital procedure. Bacteremia resolved after administration of empiric antibiotic therapy. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
