Abstract
A case of an asymptomatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate presenting as a solitary metastasis to the mandible is reported. The primary prostate tumor was suspected following biopsy of an asymptomatic lesion in the mandible, discovered by serendipity on the whole–body bone and gallium images.
