Abstract
A structured process knowledge base is the basis of intelligent process design system.Therefore, it is necessary for structural modeling of process knowledge. This research builtthe product information model and process information model, and expressed them with Sysml.On this basis, the article established a process knowledge model including process route knowledge and process parameter decision-making knowledge, also proposed a knowledge representation model of process templates associated with typical products.The research developed a process knowledge modeling management system for typical products, and took the machining process design of a valve body as an example, to verify the process knowledge modeling method.
