Aneurysmal bone cyst of ethmoid sinus: Uncommon manifestation of a rare case

Abstract
Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a cystic vascular benign tumor of bone which primarily involves the metaphyseal ends of the long bones. It has been reported to arise from the Sino nasal cavities, but involvement of the ethmoid sinuses is extremely rare. Only ten such cases of involvement of ethmoid sinuses were reported in literature till 2007(1). We present another such case in a 10 year old boy, along with review of literature and use of imaging modalities.
