Abstract
In this study, 213 South Korean undergraduate participants completed an online survey including demographic information (gender, religious beliefs, and past contact with people with disabilities) and a Korean version of the Multidimensional Attitudes Scale toward Persons with Disabilities (MAS-K) and the Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scale (M-C II). The results indicate that participants varied across the three attitudinal domains in the MASK (cognition, behavior, and affect). No significant results were found connecting MAS-K scores to participants’ demographic variables. However, social desirability was related to participants’ responses on the MAS-K. Implications for these findings are discussed.
