Abstract
A review of bone scintigraphy and its potential uses and limitations in evaluation of the facial skeleton is presented. The use of bone scans for the evaluation of two cases of fibro-osseous lesions is described. Bone scintigraphy in these cases ruled out other areas of bone involvement and confirmed radiographic findings.
