In the Syndromic Diagnosis subsection of Differential Diagnosis (page 748), the final sentence of the first paragraph should have read, “However, anisocoria with the right pupil larger than the left pupil suggests dysfunction of the right pupillary constrictor muscles, the parasympathetic component of the right oculomotor nerve, or the left sympathetic pathway,” rather than “. . . suggests dysfunction of the right optic nerve, the right pupillary constrictor muscles . . . .” The article is correct at NEJM.org.
