Abstract
An unusual case of a nonhealing iatrogenic foot ulcer in a man with a remote history of a gunshot wound to the affected limb is presented. The patient had an untreated arteriovenous fistula of the popliteal artery and vein due to a gunshot wound 36 years ago. The etiology and management of such fistulae are discussed.
