Abstract
The online version has been updated to correct 3 months of oral prednisone (1mg/kg daily), 6 additional weeks of PI and mycophenolate (200mg twice daily x 4 weeks, then weaned over 2 months) for 24 months on page 4 to 3 months of oral prednisone (1mg/kg daily x 4 weeks, then weaned over 2 months), 6 additional weeks of PI and mycophenolate (200mg twice daily) for 24 months The publisher apologizes for this error.
