Abstract
Highlights
•Nurses' compliance with blood-borne pathogen prevention is a pivotal concept to measure for preventing the diseases caused by the transmission by blood and body fluids.
•The scale of compliance with blood-borne pathogen prevention was developed and evaluated its pscychometric properties including a construct validity, a ceriterion-related validity, a convergent and discriminant validity, and a reliability.
