Fake rings, fake modules, and duality

Abstract
A duality theory for modules over a commutative ring is developed using lattice modules. Using this duality theory several classical results for Noetherian modules are dualized to Artinian modules. This theory of duality also applies to certain other algebraic systems. © 1977.
