Abstract
The case of a 69-year-old woman with a complicated history of intrathoracic aortic arch and arch vessel reconstruction is reported. She presented with occlusion of multiple arch vessels and symptoms of cerebral ischemia. A remote femoral inflow route was used for revascularization of the arch vessels owing to the hostile nature of the arch reoperative field.
