Abstract

For decades, a desire for integrated theory and practice has guided the field of student affairs. Existing frameworks, though, are not designed to consider the complex contexts within which higher education exists today; nor do they provide practitioners with a blueprint for the metacognitive reflection and action needed to achieve individual, organizational, and institutional change. The purpose of this article is to offer a new integrative praxis model toward such ends.
